There’s no doubt the French have totally nailed the beauty and fragrance game—we just know what we’re doing. French cosmetics have that irresistible je ne sais quoi that makes everything feel a little more luxurious. And as someone who’s very picky about scents, I'm obsessed with how most of them smell.

Luckily, plenty of French brands have made their way across the Atlantic, so I can still get my hands on them—no transatlantic shopping trips required (though I never mind one)!

I’m not exclusively loyal to French products—my beauty routine is a bit of a cultural melting pot. There are plenty of American brands I couldn’t live without and, trust me, they get plenty of face time every day!

I’m no makeup guru—seriously, don’t ask me to do contour. I tried once, and let’s just say it looked more like abstract art than a snatched jawline. Most of my makeup stash is from Milani and Elf because they’re affordable and good quality,
